October 22, 2006...

I am still crawling with that shell; took nearly a thousand photos in the fall of 2004. I have slowly reduced the number of times I have gone out shooting, to the point I’ve shot very little this year. Hopefully, soon, I will go with my Nikon in search of some wondrous sights.

Past Statements

September 30, 2004...

The rock I was under two years ago, was not a rock at all - it was a shell. Guess I will have to crawl with it. Time to try again. On a trip to pick up some professional film in September, a camera caught my eye. A few weeks later, I took my first digital photograph.

Added a new folder of recent photos containing a few landscapes and some shots taken in Salt Lake City. Hoping to keep it up.

December 15, 2002...

I have been living in Utah for nearly 4 years; yet, for most of that time, I’ve never had the inspiration to shoot any photographs, draw, paint, or see the world as I did in the mid 80's. 1988, and for a decade more, reality set in - death, happiness, pain, and love. Over time, I slowly lost my vision; later I moved to Utah and "crawled under a rock".

2002, I picked up my camera and started shooting. I began to dream again; to see the wonderful lights of Utah - the great desert and mountain glow. In the Summer of 2002, I felt that wonderful love I held in the mid 80’s; love for a friend and love for an art.

I now pray the love I touched years ago will forever remain in my heart. I pray I will always see life the way I did in the past. So many friends and family are behind me; they are attempting to push me forward in my vision and art ... I'm trying my best to crawl from under that rock…

Utah Landscapes page containing seven new photos shot September and October 2002. If all goes well these will be the first of many more landscapes to come. I also added a second fashion page containing eight photos shot 1990 thru 1998.
